The perpetrators of Tuesday's large-scale railway sabotage clearly had knowledge of railway systems and were, above all, out to cause nuisance, believes Jorn Pruntel, director of railway contractor ASSET Rail. "It was executed very professionally. You need a lot of knowledge of the field for this; otherwise, you couldn't do it," he estimates.
