Marathon’s varsity wrestling won a dual match against Stratford on Thursday for the first time in Kraig Underwood’s coaching tenure. The Red Raiders beat the Tigers, 47-32, underneath the spotlight over the center of Stratford’s wrestling mat. It was a battle between coaches who are four-time high school individual state wrestling champions with Underwood from Athens and Jeremy Schoenherr from Stratford.
