Wallet Theft — On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the victim’s wallet was stolen while they were in the parking lot of the T.J. Maxx store, located at 550 E. Lancaster Ave.  The victim told police that they were approached by an unknown male who asked if they had lost their keys and then touched the complainant’s arm.  The victim believes this is when the wallet was stolen.  No description is available of the male.
