In 2023, the Karlsruhe Public Prosecutor's Office searched the private home of a radio editor who had been accused of supporting a forbidden association, which was unconstitutional, by Alena Lagmöller.
Karlsruhe declares the search of Radio Dreyeckland and the apartment of an editor unconstitutional. The station now demands consequences. The prosecutor Manuel Graulich was responsible.
