Radiant Wins 750 Million Dollar Army Deal to Power Bases With Nuclear Microreactors
Radiant Industries secured up to $750 million from the U.S. Army's Project Janus program to deploy 15 factory-built Kaleidos nuclear microreactors at military bases, starting with three units at Fort Benning by 2028. It's the largest deal in the Army's $2.2 billion, five-vendor microreactor push, and it lands as the same reactor has already been ordered by data center operator Equinix.
