Rabobank Has Not yet Agreed to Adjust Certificates

Rabobank has not succeeded in getting enough votes for a simplification of the structure behind the certificates that the bank issues. Insufficient certificate holders participated in a consultation on the issue on Thursday, a spokesperson for Rabobank said. The holders of at least two-thirds of all shares had to vote on the plan, but that did not succeed.
