The Rabla 2026 program for individuals will be launched according to the same rules applied in the last session in 2025, the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests announced. The executive decided to postpone the introduction of new criteria regarding the geographical origin of eligible vehicles, in order to avoid delaying the program and to allow buyers quick access to financing. The available budget remains at 300 million lei.
