The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Michael O'Flaherty, in a letter sent to the Prosecutor General of Georgia, expresses concern about the "lack of progress in the investigation into the alleged use of disproportionate force by law enforcement agencies against protesters and journalists during protests in late 2024."
