The environmentalist association Quercus today demanded the full and immediate payment of the IMI in absence regarding the dams sold, as well as other taxes identified by the Public Prosecutor's Office, denouncing an alleged discriminatory treatment between public and private companies.
Quercus requested transparency from the Tax Authority and the Ministry of Finance on the collection process and any remedies submitted by the companies involved, arguing that the same criterion should be applied to all taxpayers.
