BISMARCK — Central Cass pole vaulter Trevon Quam had a lot of downtime on Thursday evening. Quam won the pole vault event in the North Dakota Class B boys state track and field meet at the MDU Resources Community Bowl. The junior cleared 13 feet, 9 inches to win his first state track title.
