- General Manager Manon Rheaume selected Sciba for his extensive coaching background, including his recent role as assistant coach for the gold medal-winning U.S. women's team at the 2026 Milano Olympics.
- Previously an assistant with the PWHL New York Sirens for two seasons and Union College for eight years, Sciba said, "This is home and especially meaningful for me and my entire family."
- With more than 4,000 season ticket deposits already placed, roster construction begins June 5 with a foundational player-signing period for the team's debut at Little Caesars Arena.
