EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas sees no point in direct talks with the Kremlin. She said after a meeting of EU foreign ministers that the EU must increase pressure on Moscow to actually negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine. Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon also advocated increasing pressure on Russia.
