Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Russia does not exclude an approach from European countries, reports Dpa, taken by Agerpres.
Vladimir Putin is convinced that Europe is to blame for its broken relationship with Russia, not its war in Ukraine. Nevertheless, the Russian President opens the door to talks. He holds on to his goals in Ukraine.
"It is clear that Russia's relations with European countries are in crisis, not because of us," he defended during a video conference with members of the Russian Security Council.
