President Vladimir Putin referred to Moscow's school system as a reference for the regions of Russia, and at the plenary session of WEF he also promised to discuss with Mayor Sergei Sobyan the complaints of parents about refusal to enrol children in grade 10. According to the Head of State, it is not "forcible to expel" high school students.
