In Langdorp, a sub-municipality of Aarschot in Flemish Brabant, a young woman narrowly escaped the worst on Tuesday morning. Around 6:30 a.m., the unknown woman ignored the closed level crossing barriers and the red warning light to quickly catch her train. A life-threatening gamble that left witnesses stunned. “They are literally playing with fire here,” said railway network operator Infrabel emphatically.
