Gian Singh Mann, cousin of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was welcomed into the party by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Punjab BJP chief Sunil Jakhar. This move comes ahead of the Punjab assembly polls scheduled for early next year. Gian Singh Mann hails from Sangrur district.
