MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Crews are responding to a water main break in the Middle River area. As of Wednesday afternoon, Pulaski Highway has been shut down at Campbell Boulevard (21220) while crews work on a ruptured water main. There has been no ETA on when Route 40 is expected to be reopened. Motorists should use caution in the area.
