On the afternoon of this Monday, December 15, 2025, the rescue of ten mountain climbers from the state of San Luis Potosí who were in the vicinity of the Citlaltépetl Volcano, at the height of the town of Tlachichuca, was announced. After the location of the athletes in the town, two of them required pre-hospital care due to dehydration, however, they are stable and already in a safe place.
