Public safety, pay raises among proposals for Petal's budget

PETAL, Miss. (WHLT) - The City of Petal is focusing on enhancing quality of life and public safety with its upcoming budget requests. A large portion of the budget requests include state loans to address infrastructure needs, including upgrades to sewer pipes.
