Public Outrage After Eight Newborn Puppies Abandoned in Suitcase at Chillicothe Park - Chillicothe Constitution Tribune

CHILLICOTHE - Chillicothe Animal Control is asking for the public’s help after a heartbreaking case of animal abandonment was discovered earlier this week. Sometime between Sunday and Monday, eight 9-day-old puppies were found stuffed inside a suitcase and left behind a trash can at Clay Street Park. A handwritten note was reportedly included with the litter.
