Pedro Delgado Alves says PS will analyze the final outcome of the decree, regardless of the decision of the PR. Still, Avelino Gonçalves. guarantees that the Government's labour reform is in violation of the Constitution.
The PS will assess whether the Constitutional Court will require the taxation of the amendments to the Criminal Code which provide for the loss of nationality, an independent decision taken by the President of the Republic.
PSD and Cega announced that they had reached an agreement on this diploma and another that changes the C I say Criminal so as to introduce the possibility of loss of nationality as a penalty for unfair access.
The announcement was made this Thursday by Parliamentary Leader Hugo Soares. The party led by André Ventura has already confirmed the agreement that, it says, “pressures the successions of both parties”.

The PSP has today accused PSD, CDS-PP and CGA of adopting amendments to the national law which do not solve "part of the problems identified" by the Constitutional Court (TC), with the proponents defending this reform. Parliament has discussed the reassessment of the laws which intend to amend the Nationality Act and the Criminal Code, after some rules have been breached by the TC, which have been guaranteed after PSD and have reached agreement.
The CHEGA ensured the inclusion of a measure providing for the loss of Portuguese nationality for citizens convicted of serious crimes, such as drug trafficking and organised crime, in the context of the revision of the nationality law and amendments to the Criminal Code.
