According to the Executive's motion, the proposed financing formula considers the creation of a Cuna Room Fund, which, in the case of dependent workers, is financed by a 0.35% employer contribution.In the case of independent workers, it will be paid in the same way as the other social insurances.The contribution of 0.35% will be compensated in the same magnitude with a reduction in the employer's contribution rate to the unemployment insurance.
The government presented indications to revive the project that has been under way for more than four years.
