Rainbow Protest Against Iran in Rio on the Occasion of Brics

On the occasion of the 17th summit of the Brics in Rio de Janeiro, a block of which Iran is also part, the non-governmental organization StandWithUs protested on the beach of Ipanema, against the persecution of the rainbow community. The NGO placed flags of pride Lgbtqi+ and loops in an area of gay movida in the city and on the beach, accompanying with banners with the inscription "Iran kills gays on the public square."

On the occasion of its annual summit, from Sunday 6 to Monday 7 July in Rio de Janeiro, the group of emerging countries condemned the bombings targeting Iranian military and nuclear sites.

Anna Wyszkoni was recognized by one of the journalists for her contribution to LGBT+ activities. However, the singer decided to reveal that it is not such a simple matter.
