New Agency Planned with Eye on Faster Builds

The new Ontario Provincial Conservation Authority will replace 36 bodies with seven to unify and modernize governance, with changes planned after consultations and elections.

The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority (LRCA) says it will "operate without disruption" while the Conservative government mulls what it calls a "centralized" approach to delivering conservation measures across the province.
