Proposed budget reconciliation energy cutbacks expected to slash WV jobs, raise bills
Even after a narrowing of provisions in response to the "Byrd rule" named after former U.S. Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.Va., energy rollbacks in the proposed Senate budget reconciliation bill is expected to decrease jobs and increase household bills. Sen.
