A few days ago, the Institute of Studies for the Democratic Transition issued a public pronouncement making a series of proposals that seek to strengthen the democratic character of our electoral system in view of the announcement of a forthcoming reform in this area.
There are only two days left for stakeholders and voters to send their proposals for the reform of the legal framework for elections initiated by the National Independent Electoral Commission (CENI). The deadline is 20 July. The proposals will then be studied, during an internal workshop with the dismemberments of CENI.
