MEXICALI, JUNE 18, 2026.- In order to generate new legislation that responds to the current challenges in housing and housing rental, Congressman Jaime Cantón Rocha presented a point of agreement for the holding of the Open Parliament forum called “Housing for All People. Basis for a New Legislation in Baja California”, a space for citizen participation that will allow building proposals from a plural and inclusive perspective.
