ekonomim.comFrench President Emmanuel Macron announced that the new regulation he promised is ready, following the Constitutional Council's August annulment of the regulation concerning the use of social media by children under 15 on the grounds that it constituted a "disproportionate interference" with freedom of expression.
A month after the Constitutional Council censored the measure, a new version will be submitted to Brussels, which should include better targeting of the networks affected by the ban.
