A man filmes two naked women in the sauna – they complain, but his behavior is not punishable. Like the two girlfriends have experienced the case and what they are fighting for now.
Secretly made nude pictures, for example in the sauna, are not punishable in Germany. NRW and Lower Saxony want to change this and start an initiative in the Federal Council.
A Federal Council initiative is intended to help fill a gap in the law. Secret nude shots are currently allowed in the public space. A man was thus able to shoot two young women in a sauna without punishment.
Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia want together to stimulate the closure of a penalty gap. The methods of secretly filming are becoming more and more sophisticated.
