In order to strengthen food safety, the Food and Drug Administration recently issued a revised "Guidelines on Good Food Hygiene Practices", which clearly prohibits giving change and touching food, triggering a backlash from vendors. On the 5th, FDA Director Jiang Zhigang said that counseling will be carried out indefinitely, and he hopes that all sectors will use their creativity and build consensus before implementation.
