"The draft amendment to the Law on the Basics of Education fundamentally changes the relations within the school: it narrows the possibilities of student association, reduces the actual participation of parents, increases the power of principals over teachers and introduces new mechanisms of punishment," said Baucal, in an interview with the newspaper Nova.
