Pierin Vincenz, the former director general of Raiffeisen, applied on Wednesday for his acquittal before the Zurich Court of Appeal. The trial lasted eight days. The verdict is not expected for several weeks.
For over a week, the Zurich Supreme Court negotiated the case of former Raiffeisen chief Pierin Vincenz and other defendants. Economic editor Christian Kolbe was present and draws his conclusion in the video.
After eight days of negotiations, the appeal process around former Raiffeisen CEO Pierin Vincenz and his business partner Beat Stocker is completed a little earlier than expected. The fronts have sharpened again in the closing arguments.
