Two months in prison for pro-Palestinian UvA protester

The police judge in Amsterdam on Tuesday imposed a two-month prison sentence, one month of which was suspended, on a 24-year-old student at the University of Amsterdam.

Three UvA protesters had to report to the judge today. For the open violence that they committed against riot police, according to the Public Prosecution Service (OM), they received very different sentences: two months in prison, sixty hours of community service and an acquittal.
