Princess Kate makes funny request during visit to Northern Ireland
- On Tuesday 14 October 2025, the Prince and Princess of Wales visited the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service Learning & Development College near Cookstown and travelled a short distance across the 50-acre site in the red engine at a sedate pace.
- Kensington Palace said the visit would showcase rural growth and opportunities, highlight training for the next generation of firefighters, and coincide with Fire Safety Week.
