PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a new rural event center in Rice. The new facility is located at 25943 Prince Edward Highway according to a Facebook post from the county.
