PrimeBOT Brings Personal Robotics to the UN's AI for Good Summit in Geneva
The company highlighted block-to-Python learning tools and machine learning lessons for children as it sought partnerships with educators and nonprofits.
At the United Nations' AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva on Friday, PrimeBOT showcased its Q1 learning robot, prioritizing education and inclusion over technical specifications.
Organized by the International Telecommunication Union and over 50 agencies including UNESCO, the summit explores how AI can serve human welfare and positions technology as a connector rather than divider.
Designed for home use, the Personal Robot Q1 enables Children to use block-based Programming to choreograph movements and expressions, then convert blocks into Python code to train AI models.
Rather than replacing teachers or parents, PrimeBOT envisions the Q1 as an AI learning companion that empowers the next generation to become creators of AI, not mere consumers.
PrimeBOT is in dialogue with educational and non-profit organizations across North America and Europe to explore how Personal Robots can support youth AI literacy through a patient journey of shared exploration.
