Aleš Primc, the first among the opponents of the law on assisted voluntary ending of life, has submitted 15,000 signatures of voters to the National Assembly to start the procedure for calling a legislative referendum on the law. They believe that its goal is to reduce the number of patients in an unacceptable way. They will need to collect another 40,000 signatures to call a referendum.
