Primax Tymphany Group Strengthens AI Sensor Fusion Capabilities with Strategic Investment in Soundskrit

On Jan. 27, 2026, Primax Tymphany Group announced a strategic investment in Soundskrit in Taipei to deepen collaboration and strengthen audio sensing within its AI Sensor Fusion platform.
Primax leverages the Group's module and system integration experience to support long-term AISF platform development, positioning AISF as integrated vision, audio, interface, and edge AI solutions.
Soundskrit develops directional MEMS microphone technology that improves voice capture, reduces unwanted noise, and supports efficient edge processing for speaker-aware interactions.
Jack Pan, Chairman of Primax Tymphany Group, said `Integrating Soundskrit into the Primax ecosystem strengthens our long-term AISF platform strategy` and expects enhanced audio sensing to enable more responsive, context-aware intelligence in compact AI-powered devices.
