Recovery plan finalized for seven listed species of the Edwards Aquifer

After reviewing the best commercial and scientific data, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is publishing the final recovery plan for seven federally protected species of the Edwards Aquifer in Central and South Texas.

Residents with any of these trees on their property will not have to remove them. If they do decide to remove them, they will not need to seek development approval.
