The Association des Hommes et Femmes de Médias de Korhogo (AHFMK) has a new president, Soro Sionfolo, head of the regional office of the Ivorian Press Agency (AIP), who was elected on Friday, January 30, 2026 following an election held in a climate of serenity and transparency in Korhogo. He won 20 votes to 10 for the outgoing president, Mack Dakota, journalist at the daily Le Patriote, who led the structure for more than a decade.
