BARAHONA.- President Luis Abinader headed a working table with authorities in this province on Friday to assess the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa. The president held this meeting with provincial authorities, representatives of local governments and members of civil protection organizations in order to know first hand the damage caused by the atmospheric phenomenon, which kept this and other provinces of the South in rain for several days.
