President Lee Jae-myung has embarked on a five-day state visit to France at the invitation of President Macron. He plans to attend the Lumière Summit in Saint-Paul-de-Vence to present a future vision for the film and video industry and discuss broad economic cooperation measures encompassing advanced technology sectors such as AI and nuclear power, as well as security issues.
President Lee Jae-myung departed on the 6th for a state visit to France. The President left for France aboard the presidential plane from Seoul Air Base in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, at around 10 a.m. that day. Democratic Party of Korea Chairman Kim Min-suk, Floor Leader Han Byung-do, and Presidential Chief of Staff Kang Hoon-shik were present at the airport to see President Lee and his wife off.
