President Erdoğan: "(PISA 2025) We see that some people are trying to tarnish the success that should make us all happy as a nation."
President Erdoğan, commenting on the PISA 2025 report, said, "The achievement graph of our children is rising every year. The PISA 2025 results confirmed this observation. Unfortunately, we also see that some are trying to discredit, belittle, and trivialize this success, which should make us all happy as a nation. We leave this complex mentality, which views life only through political and ideological interests, to its own delusions."
In his speech at the opening of the 2026-2027 academic year, President Erdoğan delivered messages regarding investments in education and the "Turkish Century Education Model." Stating that "we have always allocated the lion's share of the budget to education," Erdoğan urged students to effectively utilize technology and artificial intelligence, while also calling on teachers to encourage children to read, research, and think critically.
