Judge Igor Tuleya is outraged by President Andrzej Duda's words about dismissing judges from the profession.
"This wasn't just an interview with Andrzej Duda. It was a political declaration at the end of his presidency," Paweł Musiałek, president of the Jagiellonian Club, said in the "Rzecz w tym" podcast.

Poland is bound by the protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Human Rights, which abolished the death penalty. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not intend to terminate either the convention or the protocol, wrote Minister Radosław Sikorski, referring to President Andrzej Duda's statement regarding hanging for treason.
