The legislators argued that, as the law does not govern, real estate transactions can be carried out by foreigners, who would then have the weight of the right acquired. They asked for immediate measures to be implemented.

The deputies Pichetto and Massot asked the Justice to suspend the article of the DNU 70/2023 that removed the limits to the purchase of rural lands by foreigners. The CECIM La Plata and the two CTA call to protest on Tuesday 6 at 15 to Lavalle Square against the ruling of Rosatti, Rosenkrantz and Lorenzetti.
