RAMSEY, Minn.- The Duluth Marshall boys soccer team claimed their 3rd straight Section 7A title on Tuesday. Playing Spectrum, the Hilltoppers found the back of the net four times in the first half and wouldn’t look back to pick up the 5 to 1 win.
