Fallen Tree Branch Knocks Out Power For Much Of Downtown Healdsburg

A fallen tree branch at Tucker and First Street left much of downtown Healdsburg in the dark yesterday, knocking out power to City Hall and local businesses right in the middle of the lunch rush. The Press Democrat reports while high winds were the likely culprit, city crews worked quickly to restore service, getting the lights back on for all residents and businesses by early yesterday afternoon.
