Short-Term Power Failure in Zurich City Centre

In parts of circle 1 the current has temporarily failed. The reason for this was a fire in a transformer station.

In parts of Zürcher Kreis 1 everything remains dark. The EWZ confirms a power failure, the cause is still unknown.

At Zurich's Stadelhofen, street lighting, traffic lights, and shops are without power. Traffic is at a standstill. SBB trains appear to be running normally.
