BEMIDJI — Progress to redevelop Bemidji's downtown rail corridor is taking big strides forward. Of course, the corridor has a YMCA facility and a new Marriott Hotel to look forward to. But now, the corridor will potentially have a new park as well, as Greater Bemidji applied for and should receive federal funding to construct "Gateway Park."
