Postal worker lauded for saving dog attack victim

A local postal worker who stepped in to help a woman being attacked by a dog has been honored for actions by the Port Arthur Police Department.   Genese Robertson was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for her assistance during the attack.   On Aug. 11, PAPD dispatch received a 911 call from Robertson saying a pit bull was attacking a woman in the 3100 block of 5th Street and there were multiple bystanders present but not assisting the…
